Hey MPers,

Working on distributing The Climbing Zine's print version, and wondered if anyone could help us out with places to stock it. Typically newsstand, coffeeshops and gear shops work well, any place like that.

If you have any beta, please leave a message here or shoot me an email.

PEACE !,
Luke

The zine I used to contribute to back in Austin I think was distributed through the mail and at climbing gyms and some other places. It was also put online.

Stich: cool I'll look up some Austin climbing stores. What was the name of the zine you contributed to?

Jason: glad you're digging the zine, the next one will be even better!

peace,
Luke

Looks good, think I"ll go online and order up a hard copy soon.

Edit: Only Kindle and Nook listed. No link or cart found on page to add for purchase of the hard copy for $12.00 as page mentions. Where oh where do you click to order up a print copy?

yeah Luke, I've got no help on print stuff, but just wanna say thanks for putting this together. Volume 4 was a great read.

I downloaded it for my Kindle, which was super convenient. I'm sure Amazon's formatting is pretty complicated, but it'd be cool if the kindle version had photos, and a clickable table of contents.

But whatever, good stories are the important part, and I really liked the last ones. Can't wait for next issue!

Scott: thanks for the feedback. Took a while to figure out the photo thing, but I think we finally got it. Vol. 5 will def. have photos in the Kindle version.

peace,

Luke: Was on page but there is no visible 'add to cart' location seen for ordering a print copy. Where to go for one?

Woodchuck: I've noticed that problem with the Internet Explorer browser I believe, is that what you're using? If you want to just email me your address, I can send you a copy and we can figure it out.

Thanks,
Luke

It's long gone. That was back in the 90s. It was cheekily named "toprope magazine." I did a few cartoons for it. The best feature highlighted random encounters climbing at local crags. These would be illustrated by various people. They used to be online, but Paul got tired of paying for the hosting and it faded away. I used to have the print versions.
Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
