Big plug forthcoming for the good folks at Wired Bliss.

I sent an Alien cam in for trigger wire repair. Even though only one of the wires had broken, Michael replaced both. Apparently the repair took longer than he thought was acceptable and so he emailed me telling me there was no charge for the work and that he was shipping it back on his dime as well. I'll definitely be using them again.

I have Black Alien that needs a trigger repair. Whats the address, phone #. Actually just called,no answer. How did you get in touch with them?

HE restyled my entire rack of old HB Quadcams last year - giving them new life. Does a great job!!

Definitely agree that Wired Bliss has amazing customer service! I bought a set of their TCU's last fall and when USPS screwed up the delivery and lost them Michael personally delivered a set to my house when he was running errands in Fort Collins the day after I talked to him about it. He told me if the ones I had ordered ever showed up to just let him know and ship them back and he'd reimburse me for the shipping. (The original set still has yet to show up at either my address or back at his shop, so who knows what USPS did with them). Talk about some awesome karma points for him!

Not to mention their TCU's are absolutely bomber!

Wired Bliss rocks. I had great experience buying from them. Their cams are top quality and Michael seems to be a great guy. I would not hesitate to buy from them again or send my cams to them for repair / new slings.
