Two major announcements from Mountain Project today:

The Android app has been released.

iPhone and Android apps are now completely free.

Special thanks to MP user Sam Vanderhyden who created both apps - amazing work, and he's got more cool features on the way!

Thank you so much for making your app available on Android so soon. I'm overjoyed!!

Is there somewhere we can send donations to continue work on this project and help pay for the time already spent on it? I was looking forward to giving my $5 to help.

Awesome! I got it just in time for this last weekend for Leavenworth. Service is spotty there, so having the area's info was so cool!

Thank you so much. Is there any more info about the annual contribution?

The app's functionality and interface are great; I think this will be a very useful tool at some point. My chief complaint with the Android app is that it cannot be stored on the SD card of my phone. Since this app takes up a lot of space, it is not practical to use unless I can move it off my phone; I have a ton of other apps that also require space on my phone's memory. If you fix this, I will pay whatever you charge for access to all my favorite areas!
