Looking to escape the heat out in the High Desert and head over to Flagstaff Fri-Sun. Was thinking about checking out Paradise Forks, and maybe the Pit or Priest Draw if I can't find any partners. Looking to climb up to .12- sport and trad, but just happy to get some good climbing in and check out some new areas.

Also: How easy is it just to show up at the Forks without a partner? On a Friday/Weekend?
I'd take you up, but I'm headed to Indian Creek this weekend.
As for just showing up.... hit and miss. Often you can find a partner to climb with but there is a possibility of havingthe place to yourself (probably not this weekend given PHX will probably be hotter then hell).
Good luck and checkout Three Turkeys, Paradise Lost, Blade Runner, Mutiny on the Bounty, Sail Away and Shotgun. Watusi is really good but gear at the crux is blind.
Thanks Chuck, we'll see how it goes. It definitely sucks living in a place where literally no one else climbs (Needles, CA), I've gotta motivate myself all the time!
If you're interested in hitting up the Forks when it starts heating up out here let me know. I'm psyched to get on the classic lines out there!

Hey Jeff,
I'm down in Phoenix looking to climb Saturday afternoon-Sunday. Send me a pm, I'd be down for the forks/the pit/whatever. I climb comfortable up to 10- trad, 11+/12- sport
