I'm going to be at the New for a week starting this Saturday, and want get some trail running in while I'm there. Any recommendations for some good trail runs that are 6+ miles?

Check out the Endless Wall approach trail. It would be a good run as you are on the rim of the gorge the whole time. Great views. Don't know the length. You could always run that, then go down access ladders and run along the length of the wall.

Starting from Kaymore parking (used to be Roger's), it's over 2 miles to one of the points w/ a view... don't remember the name. It's a good out and back but it's short. Also, starting from the same parking lot and going in the opposite direction, you can run down the old service road for about 4 miles until you get to the abandoned mining village at the bottom on the gorge. Then walk/run up the stairs and the "Frist Buttress" trail, back to the parking.

Maybe you could combine the two...

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
