I just got done dealing with Princeton Tec's customer service department and i cannot be happier. I had totally beaten down my Apex headlamp (for 2 1/2 years, trips to South America, Alaska, beaten to hell). I broke off all the clip devices that hold the straps onto the battery pack and light itself and was bummed, figuring they wouldn't replace any of it after that much time and abuse. After a quick 3 week stint with my lamp in their shop I received it back today. Instead of repairing it they sent me a brand new one, in box, with batteries for no charge. Totally stoked on this company. Spread the word!

I broke the battery door cover on my Fuel (common occurrence with these) and they sent a new one free of charge the same day I contacted them via email. Makes up for the weak plastic hinges in their design on these lamps. I'll just be even more careful in the future.
I had a similar experience with them. Super friendly and quick to replace a well worn headlamp. They made me a lifelong customer with their great customer service.
Yea, they don't really seem to respond to emails anymore... I had two broken ones and could not get a peep back from them. Ended up returning one of them to REI. I have sworn off the company for good.
