The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This free-standing spire has a single problem on it's northwest face, Purple Helmet (V1), that offers a nice elevation change and view of the surrounding area.
Getting There
Approach as for Slashface and veer slightly right to the obvious formation as you get close.
