a couple years ago I found one of Reardon's little plastic dinosaurs on Imaginary Voyage, in Joshua Tree. It was right after he passed away, if I remember correctly.

A little plastic toy (army men, dinosaurs...) and a few Starburst candies at every belay on Olive Oil in Red Rock. Yes, I ate them...the candy, not the toys.

This has been sitting on the ridge between Polemonium and Sill (~13,700 ft) in the Palisades for a few years.

Well, a tad strange and somewhat interesting... My friend Marc and I were heading up to do a climb on Lliwedd in North Wales over 30 years ago, when a huge black Raven showed up circling overhead, plus it was raining, Marc declared that this was bad luck and we should descend, as soon as he said that I looked down into the mud and saw a small green book poking out; when I picked it up and wiped it off it turned out to be Edwards' original guide from the 1930's, we both declared this a good omen and kept the book and did the climb.

Is there always some kind of fresh 'panty being intentionally left there, just for the namesake of the wall? Chicken before the egg my man, the wall was named for the panties :)

Had just moved to Boulder and went to REI to buy the Boulder Canyon Guidebook. Turns out they were out of copies and I was bummed. Daylight was wasting so i gave up on the book and ended up going to Dream Canyon as I knew a few routes out there. Top of the first route we did i was cleaning the anchors and looked down. There, on a flat rock about 20 feet up from where my belayer stood was a brand new copy of the guidebook I was looking for.

Found this at the Easy O ledge last summer (#1 c4 for scale):
Somewhere there's a snake running (figuratively) around naked!
On that same trip we found 2 millipedes getting some booty: Millipede 1: "Spread your legs." Millipede 2: "Um, you're gonna have to be a little more specific."

This is obviously a Krayt Dragon skeleton. The only other actual image I've seen of one (aside from artistic renderings) is from the Tatooine footage of 3PO and R2 out in the desert.
