Updated MAP 1:
A visible granite blob downstream of where Gneiss canyon meets the Laramie River. The rock is on public land.
The lower end of a granite outcrop across the river from the mouth of Gneiss Canyon whose face may be the only portion of this rock buttress that is not on private land. Any land west of the face is likely private.
