Blocking posts by individual users

Some forums allow you to set up a black-list, which blocks all posts made by individual users. Is there any way to implement this function on MP?

Sorry, that was rude... I try to keep it civil here on MP, but I found it funny the other day when I was at the crag and conversation shifted to how much we dislike hearing from unspecified user when checking up on the forums over breakfast :)
