Hi
I'm looking for partners to climb weekdays and weekends in the Tucson area. I prefer sport but also have many years experience Trad climbing. Trying to get back in shape and would like to climb easier 5.10 sport till I get used to the area.
Have all my own gear and transportation and many years experience, safe and motivated senior climber.
Looking for any level climbers as long as you are a safe and competent. I am escaping the Canadian winter and look forward to meeting new people.

Hey Rolf,

Welcome back to Tucson. Let me know when you roll in and I'd be happy to climb with you. I don't think I have your number anymore though, so PM me with that, if you could.

Rolf,

I will be down in Arizona during that time as well. However I don't know the area. If you still are looking for a climbing partner in late Jan then send me a message. I am more than happy climbing moderate sport routes. I'll have my car down there as well and I can easily make it over to Tuscon

Hi Rolf, I just posted to this forum looking for partners. I too am getting a little long in the tooth, and trying to recapture some lost youth. Would love to climb and know the area well. Stronghold preferred. I want to start in the 5.8 range and work up, so if that works for you, drop me a line. Can climb any day...Greg

Hey guys,
I am in Tucson now ( from Michigan) and would love to go out and climb on Friday or Saturday. I am a noobie by definition but have been gym climbing in Michigan for the last 3 years as well as a few trips to Red River Gorge in KY. I've got a rope, harness, shoes, a few ' biners some webbing and that's about it. I'm hoping to grow some roots here and want to meet some climbers that aren't douchebags to help "bring me into it". For the record, I myself am not a douchebag. One of the main reasons I'm out here is to become a real climber. I have some sort of calling to the rocks. Michigan just don't got it.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
