NC partner 12/16-1/8

I'm a grad student at UNC...going to have to be in the lab a lot over the winter holidays but I'm looking to get on some moderate multipitch climbs on the weekends (could do Fridays, too). My climbing partner (read: great guy who's been putting me through my paces on multipitch/trad climbing) is going to be out of the country during this time. I have a car, about 0.5 of a NC trad rack, a 60m rope. Led my first trad pitch last weekend on the nose at looking glass.

where are you looking to climb at? I'm in GA and am looking to get out and do some more climbing here in the Southeast!

If it is...we used to play soccer together for TC for a season. I'll be free roughly around those dates and will be up in Asheville off and on so I'd love to do some climbing around LGR or Rumbling Bald, maybe even some stuff at Linville. Got a rack and a rope.

I'm also a grad studentbat UNC. I'll be around for most of that time. I've been climbing for more than 15 years and know most of the NC climbing areas ok. I could also meet at the UNC gyms in the evenings too (unless they close over break).

I'll be around and looking to climb much of that time if any of you guys need a partner, although I may be coming from Atlanta for some of it.

Also a UNC grad student.
