Game lodge to Photog's is a ways with the highway closed. However with the gate closed it isn't that much further of a hike to Photog/Aquarium area from the gate. Not a lot of beta needed for x marks the spot, a few cams in the crack and a few bolts to the anchors. The whole route can be easily seen from the base. Mr. Critical is your typical rushmore climbing, pretty sure the mountain proj. description is more descriptive than in the Rushmore guide. Can't give you much more than that, I have only been on it once.

Thanks John, I was trying to find more information about how to get to the climb. Thanks for the route beta, I remember feeling somewhat lost last time I was in the area.

  • A friend of mine found this:

If you scroll down to the bottom you can find maps of some areas. Unfortunately for us the maps are mostly for areas along the Needles Highway, maybe someone else could find use in them though.

Does anyone know if there's maps of any of the other areas online?

Thanks to everyone who sent me beta and gave ideas for routes. We also ran into some really nice people and got great route recommendations.

Here's a few photos and a video.
