I'd agree that there's a little hypocrisy when some mods are chiding users to keep everything on topic and then publicly buff their chrome to some aged model pics. But that's all I'll agree with you on, Davie. Mostly cuz you're kind of a hard on ;).

Zeke show me where a Mod has said everything has to stay on topic to anyone on here. This thread really shot its wad after a page or two, the other 3 or 4 pages are people blathering at eachother about minutia. What's the harm in "publicly buffing some chrome?"..

Hank - keep up the good work. Some of these threads, like this one, deteriorated long ago into personal insults and name-calling. Diminishes MP and deters some from posting.

On here? This thread? On this site is what I meant. Personally, I don't give a shit about chrome buffing or this particular issue. At. All. I've just seen the contradiction in mod behavior, that's all. It's to be expected anywhere there's active modding, really. The cry of "pull down the perma draws" must be the best and perhaps only way for noobs to feel like they are part of an elite climbing crowd. Don't see them much actually climbing routes that get PD's, just spraying about how PD are ruining the sport and, oh yea, they have girlfriends too!! Really really hot ones that actually exist!

Not so hot or so real as to pull attention from what is really important to this crowd, however, which is making everyone play by the same nooby rules so we can measure our dicks better! I like to perma hang my dick measuring device so I can use it more often and I don't have to get it out of the cupboard first. Some people like to put their dick measuring devices in little storage bins because they like fondling them between climbing days and don't like sharing. Some people like to share dick measuring devices because, hey, they are sharing the same lady (climb) so why not?
