Harness Recycling

Does anyone know if there is anywhere that recycles old harnesses?

I work for a company that runs top-rope climbing trips and we are retiring about 25 alpine bod harnesses. Would love to recycle any part of these harnesses rather than throughing them into a landfill.

Does anyone have any ideas?

send to an org like ours that teaches skijoring (skinny ski with a dog) we have lots of dogs and dont like to use our newer climbing harness - the bod would be good.
