Just to confirm, the climber here is working the 5.6 undercling and the 5.4 flakes are the bulge to his right. Is that correct?

Yes. You are correct. Sixish was my first Gunks lead. Misread guide book and ended up dealing with the block. My daughter with little trad experience was my partner that day. She got a little overwhelmed by the first pitch and there were a few tears at the first belay. But she rallied nicely and we ended up having a great time. Great climb. There is a lot to it.

I went to the right. New-ish leader. This grade pushed my limit. The move on the flake to the right was a bit sketchy for me but, nothing like that variation... woof. But, Iosbill is right, LOTS to this climb. Traversing, little bit of face and on the third, a traverse and pulling a notch that has less than "ideal" hands, pretty well protected though. Really had to talk myself into committing on 1st and 3rd pitches. Good adventure!!!
