Hey,
I'm going to school in Santa Cruz next year; does anyone know good areas to climb up there? I've found a little bit of information on the area but not as much as I expected.

Thanks,

Sam

Castle Rock and Pinnacles are the most popular and best climbing around there. If you explore the Santa Cruz Mtns enough you will find hidden crags (off Skyline Blvd, north of Castle Rock).

I do day trips to Yosemite valley from the Bay area all the time. Just leave when its dark. Its fun.
Anyway, I too will be at UCSC for school in the fall, hit me up and we can lead in the gym, and if we get along we could do some real climbs too.

Just find some folks at Pacific Edge (the gym in SC) who go to the Valley every weekend. You'll be a hardman in no time.

Sick! Sounds good. Rafael, I'll hit you up this fall.
