Description Suggest change

The "Decade Wall" and "Tombstone Wall" are located directly above (south) of the Gunnison Mountain Park Picnic Area. The climbing consists of bolt protected climbs of up to three pitches on interesting edgy, sometimes dirty, metamorphic rock.

Getting There Suggest change

3.2 miles East of Almont is the well signed Gunnison Mountain Park picnic area. Per Cassie Slemmer: be careful, Google maps has Almont marked in the wrong spot. We were able to use the GPS coordinates listed on the Mountain Project website for this area. Locate the prominent Tombstone feature (the very clean steep-looking face above the parking lot), and hike up talus and steep trail for approximately 10-30 minutes to its base.
