Maybe a route on the SuperWall in your back yard! :D Earlier in the thread Cota DID say he wanted to take it to Zion and that he tends to drop stuff off walls... I hope it isn't laying in the scree at the base of Moonlight Buttress or something. Awesome story though. Can't help but wonder what happened to Larry's original 'biner.

Does suck that it died, but anybody have a unique biner they're willing to part with to start it up again?

I've got a brand new biner that hasn't been taken up a climb yet that I can start the game off with. I'm going to head out to linville gorge on either sunday or monday if anyone would wanna start out the game with me there on some route, and then I'll mail it off to the next person. So...who wants to start the game with me at LG and who's next in line? Edit: I might actually be willing to donate a cam to the cause as long as nobody gets it stuck and i get it back :)

A biner will be fine. A cam will cost $$ to mail around. Actually, a small stopper would go for std postage, cost no more than a biner, and keep the riff-raff away. (smile)

(smile) Eh. I hate it when other people think logically. You're right of course, too much postage. Okay so we have Tony on the list for the biner (for clarification, it's a silver Mammut Element wiregate). Who's second?

We don't need to know who is second- we need your story with the biner and it's last adventure, then pass it on. They post their story and pass it on to someone "here" (involved in the site). Perhaps even to someone involved in the story who agrees to continue the legacy.

I'd be willing to give the biner a great story to travel along with.

I'm in too. Assuming the biner doesn't disappear after 3 or 4 people, which seems to be the trend so far. Chris

Do you guys want to devise a way to maybe "leave our mark" on the biner so to speak? Like say me and Rick will put white tape around the spine and initial it, and then the next person puts white tape below that and initials, and so on. Just an idea.
