Denver/Boulder Beer and Movie night

So with the Spring issue of Alpinist featuring the obituary of Czech climber and jumper Zorka Prachtel a lot of people have been asking about my film "Jump!" of which she stared in. So I was thinking it might be a good time for a screening. Free of course. Or maybe a small voluntary fee for a benefit or something. Anyhow my neighborhood bar has a fantastic outdoor patio with a screen and projector. It's also convenient to both Boulder and all of Denver.

So I ask, is there enough interest to put this together? It would have to be on a Saturday night, that's the bar's part of the deal. I could do this anytime this summer up in till the first week of Sept. I need to talk to my co producer but other than that it's easy to set up.

Way to put his together, Allen. I'm interested, but unfortunately it's bit far for my casual jaunt distance. Denver folks should definitely have at it though.

Its in walking distance of my house so I can't complain.

I had forgotten you lived over here Rick. I'm three blocks from the place. And that said, I have a great bivi yard, wild flowers and all, for those inclined to drink too much if this is in fact to happen.

That's good of you Tony. I just got a note from the old men in the Springs and they seem ready for the drive. Anyhow this could be done weeks from now and maybe best that way to get as full a house as possible.

Well we just need to work together and nail a date. All I know is I'm meeting my partner in Zurich on the 6th of Sept. Plenty of Sat. nights between now and then. I'll keep the thread alive for the next ten days or so and hopefully we can come to some sort of consensus as to when to do it. Thanks for all the interest. Now go pick up Alpinist and learn a little about Zorka!
