No change in the types of food, just the quantity. No change in exercise (hockey 3 nights per week, jiu jitsu 1 night). So far I've lost 11 lbs (from 222 to 211). I don't feel hungry, or tired, and still have then same level of energy. I realize this pace will slow down, but so far, so good. My goal is to be at 200lbs by 4/6. |

Some of your weight loss is not from fat. More like, a large part of it. P.S. Had to edit my original post due to moron math mistakes. Idk wtf I was calculating there, despite having somehow passed classes like differential equations. That doesn't mean I don't support your end goal, however. :) |

But I'm telling you when I stepped on the scale on the 22nd it was 222 and today it's at 211. I've been weighing myself every day and the drop has been pretty consistent. What I didn't mention in the previous post is the quite ridiculous eating habit I had slipped into - lots beer immediately after a game, late-night food, and on and on. So I know it sounds way over the top, but I'm lighter by a substantial amount and I feel better. (And I do appreciate the note of support) |

Hey Elena- since we are neighbors you should consider becoming part of the south metro partner loop. Castlewood, Devils Head, R&J II, Lifetime Fitness. It would certainly behoove me to hang around a more active athlete. |

My take on the fattening of our society is the amount of pure crap that is eaten. Food Inc. is only going to increase hormone and cellulose additives as food prices spike the next year. Plus, you add in the sit in front of a monitor all day generation and the numbers look bad. |
