Well, I don't have any from my early teens, but I have a few from college. n One specifically scanned in when Hank last mentioned 'mandukes,' that was from 1991. A true fashion disaster, but not old enough to be cool like the ones in hob-naied boots: |

Hello Everyone! |

Here's another! |

Rainy day in the Gunks. Self-timed shot on the ledge after doing the first pitch of Belly Roll. Umbrella was key belay gear that day. Still have those EBs all curled up into two little balls. |

Getting ready for the Salathe Wall that summer. Dig those shoes! RD's for those of you too young to remember. And then there's all that hair! |

Found that 'halter top' shot from early 80's. Plus a couple other first time climbers back then. |

The earliest photo I have of myself climbing (Redgarden Wall 1967) is curently buried in the hard drive of a dead computer so...how about a shot of Ed Leeper's mailbox? |

So that's where my mail ended up when purchasing early Leeper Z' pitons and chocks back in the 70's. |

Ed Leeper passed this morning at 7 after a long battle with multi-stage dementia. I didn't really develop a rapport with him since I only knew him after he developed dementia and he didn't really want to talk about climbing. My wife was his MPA and was a great comfort to him in his last days. Can anyone that knew him help with his eulogy? Probably will not be a funeral because of the Covid19. Thank You! (I couldn't find the button to start a new topic.) |

Mid 90's, North Table Mountain, I think. And surprisingly, I was wearing a helmet while sport climbing! |
