Red Rock weather conditions

Can anyone who lives in LV offer some updates on weather? I am hoping to head out from San Diego and climb both Saturday and Sunday if the rock is dry.

I've been watching the weather all week, but its tough to tell how much rain has actually been falling. I'm seeing a ~30% chance of light rain Friday morning and then a slight chance Saturday morning. Would be great if someone could let me know if any significant rain falls Thurs/Fri.

Were you in the campground Brat? I'm on the other side of town, was stormy but no rain here. Any updates on rain in RRC would be appreciated.

According to this Precipitation Radar there was 1/2" of rain in the last 24 hrs.

I was picking up some friends late last night out in Oak Creek and it was pouring horizontal rain. Think step outside and be soaked to the bone in 10 minutes kind of rain. They had gotten stuck behind some noobs rapping down solar slab gully and said the gully was a full on waterfall. Apparently there was a party stuck high on solar slab in only t-shirts last night. Hopefully they survived.

It's sunny and pretty clear just super windy. It's not too wet from what I can tell.

It was raining on the west part of the loop at 10am this morning. Not hard but it looked like up higher and deeper in the canyons there was some rain. The wind was intense.

The weather looks like it's going to be nice to us finally...clearing and warmer, topping out close to 90 for Thursday and Friday, 80s for the weekend.

Froze my butt odd today on Black Orpheus. A few snow bits falling occasionally. Worse was the wind- gusts had to be 30mph. Still though, good.

What's the deal with the weekend weather? 2 weeks ago ended up being pretty nice besides the wind, but nothing to complain about. Looks like a cold storm this weekend though..
