What's with the elbow pads and biking gloves? And why the headlamp?? Lol

Sam M...I've climbed Kor's Flake and I don't recall needing knee pads, elbow pads, and/or a headlamp. None of those are a substitute for good technique, or a civil attitude, but at least the young lady had the good sense to wear that helmet.
