Castlewood Canyon

Hey I'm heading down to Denver tomorrow to visit a relative for the night. I'm looking for someone/people to climb with. I'm down with bouldering to trad and everything in between just kinda checking out potential of stuff to see if I want to move down. I was thinking about heading to Castlewood Canyon SP since I already have a pass there. Anyone up to show me around?

What time are you looking to head into Castlewood? I'd be up for some bouldering. Otherwise it is sport routes for the most part. I'm headed down that way at some point tomorrow, just not sure when.

There will be a gathering at the Falls parking lot (last one up the west side road) around 12:30; good opportunity for a guided tour from the locals.

I've been really interested in getting up there to explore, I'm getting tired of the areas inside colorado springs. I have to work sunday but I think I'm going to look into swapping a shift so I can meet up with you guys if that's cool.

Culver- the basic plan will be to meet at 9:30 at the Falls parking lot shown here. The West side entrance is off of CO 86 between Castle Rock and Franktown.

I wasn't able to get work off tomorrow, but I do have this coming Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday off if there is any chance you will be getting out there on any of those days.

I'm planning on going Wednesday, as Tuesday looks bad. Other than that we'll see about next Saturday weatherwise. Hopefully the ice bridge will hold out until then.
As far as Sunday goes, don't have actual confirmation from anyone who expressed interest earlier this week, so I'm open to show anyone who shows up around.
