I'm planning a big climbing trip in May. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the weather for Horse pens and t-wall is like in the middle of may?

Also does this affect the climbing?

If the weather's bad is the area classic enough that I should stop there anyway?

Can be too hot+humid in may, but there are cooler/shadier options like Foster Falls...

Many trek to RRG/NRG for the (as a general rule of thumb) cooler temps...

Climbingweather.com is a really good source. Search the climbing area you want. The current weather appears on the main page but if you click on averages it breaks the weather down by month. Really good for planning trips around the weather
