I am looking for something to fill in my rack between a metolius #7 and a BD (old) #3. The flex cam #7 seems like it would fit perfect and be a great deal, but I have never climbed with one and no one I know has them. Any thoughts??? I climb mostly in Montana and the Gunks, but do a little of everything.

They have been discussed in a couple other threads as well. I have 6-9.. they are a bit too flexible in the large sizes for me, but they complement C4's well in those sizes so I keep them around. I trust them to hold a fall, if that's what you are asking.

I still use mine and like them. Great cams, nice and light. I really only carry the #7 and #8 now, which are the equivalent size of BD C4's #2 and #3.
