I think the last climb was named, but a new route wasn't added, so I'll keep it going.

Where am I?

Sorry. But hey, all you got to do is guess the route above and we're back to you. ;-)

Sorry Jason, my bad. Seemed like you weren't going to post a photo.

Nope, but you're not too far off.

North Chimney, Longs?

Chris Sheridan · · Boulder, CO · Joined Jan 2006 · Points: 1,693

Nope, but slightly closer. You're off by 1.34 miles.

Hey Jason, I can share the spotlight. Go ahead and post a picture, and whoever gets either one right goes next. Don't make it too easy though since folks have two options.

Hmmmm, looks like that first chockstone on Hourglass Couloir. Or it could be Big Mac on McHenry's. Or that North Gully on Powell Peak - but I think that would be a greater distance than 1.3 miles from N. Chimney... Time to break out the map and measuring stick!

got it. Hourglass couloir on arrowhead

Wrong answer.

I see a glacier with lots of people on it, and trees in the background. Gotta be France, but beyond that, I have no idea.

Kevin Landolt · · Fort Collins, Wyoming · Joined Jun 2009 · Points: 585

Yep, Chamonix area for sure. This one should be pretty obvious to those who've climbed in the area. Dougald should know.

Contamine-Mazeaud on the Triangle du Tacul?

You got it!

Nice picture of the Contamine-Mazeaud. Now let's see if I can pass the baton before going to bed.

East Face of The Challenger, Flatirons... right?
