Do they make a setup to turn quarks into a more leashless tool, something to put a finger catch just above the main grip?

thanks

I also believe the "new" trig-rest will fit on the old tools too. Someone else probably knows better.

I think Ill go with something less ghetto that that...nice thought though.. haha

is it this, and do you think the 'trigger' part will come off (don't want that, just the upper handle catch)

or is it this

thanks

The trigger will definitely come off with enough persuasion - the question is whether its designed to. I think the second photo is the one that's supposed to be able to slide up and down the shaft without tools. Doubt it will work on the old quarks. Anyways I'm about to do the same thing to mine so I'll PM you if I get it done.

The all black accessory wouldn't fit on my old quarks. Their shaft is a little thicker than the new ones. They're about 5 yrs old so mabye "newer" old ones will work. Good luck!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
