Hey all - Due to a roommate moving out of town I will have 1 room in a 4 bdrm 3 bathroom house that is located within walking distance to csu and old town available on Dec 17th. The current roommates are all active and very laid-back (420 friendly). We'd really like to get another climber in the place.
