Flagstaff mountain... Crown Rock question
Wondering if anybody could give me some info on the vague description I am about to type out.... |
Don't know if this is what you're thinking of, but there's a nice toprope climb about 50 feet high down in that direction, using the tree at the top as an anchor. You'd get to it by hiking down toward the south, past the famous "Monkey Traverse" bouldering area. |

Umbrella Tree sounds like the rock. |

nope, but that is way to the south - not positive if he could mean the monkey traverse though.... |

Alamo rock? |
I don't think it is the umbrella tree. It was very round and looked very featureless. |
