I have a room for rent at W Charleston and Rainbow, about 15 minutes from the loop. $415 plus half the utilities. Its a big room with a private full bath as well. Rest of the apt is furnished. I have a medium, somewhat annoying dog but he's sweet. I also work at the Red Rock Climbing Center so you'll have no shortage of partners or beta when needed.
