I seriously didn't mean to make my Jonny nervous getting so close to a 3,000' vertical drop. (I didn't know he was watching me at the time) It was just so tempting; the views, and looking down on the Colorado River, and towards Lava Falls was stunning. It got me in the zone; imagining the amazing John Wesley Powell being at this same spot looking for his lost men at Toroweap. There's so much cool history in this area!
Taken July 28th, 2010 by a concerned Jonny on a hot summer day. We pretty much had the area all to ourselves. : )
