Memorial day weekend southern NM

Hi everyone. I'm new to the area and was wondering if anyone was going to be out climbing over Memorial day down in southern NM(alamogordo). I'd love to get out on some rock and do some camping. Organ Mountains, the Tunnel, City of Rocks, Hueco Tanks... Trad, Sport, Bouldering I'm up for just about anything.

Any of those spots are good for a week-end of climbing and exploring. I'm always partial to the Organs. For a week-end trip, schlep up some camping gear into Rabbit Ears canyon and camp out a few nights at the sweet little camp site at the entrance to the canyon. Climb Citadel, rabbit Ears Slabs, Lambda wall and all 3 rabbit ears peaks. There was still some water in the canyon making a multi-day trip pretty reasonable.

Will you be heading up to the Organs for Memorial day? I'm going to have a 4 day weekend (Fri-Mon) that weekend so was hoping to find a good area to camp at for the duration. Climbing partners would also be beneficial as I don't know anyone here yet. Have rack rope and minimal camping gear (still waiting on shipment from japan with everything else).

I'm in Las Cruces. I'll be around this weekend and up for some climbing. I'm heading to Hueco on Sunday. You're welcome to come along. I'd be down for some local climbing on Saturday or Monday as well. Let me know.
