Probably not the best idea. The cap stone is probably only sitting on a layer of mud.

Well, I had to jump 3 times to get the photo and the cap rock is still there... It's not like I wanted to go flying off with it so I made sure to jump and land real lightly. I wouldn't worry too much about it as most people don't have the balls to jump up there, and the ones that do are most likely base jumping off it anyway.
