I really appreciate you appreciating me. I see all these "Appreciation" threads and NEVER one for me so I had to start my own. I appreciate me taking the initiative to appreciate myself.

You know JML, I really envy you. I often wonder what it is like to behold the gift of being exposed to my immense brilliance. But for all my greatness, that is the one thing I will never be able to behold.

Mike, this is MY appreciation thread, not YOURS.

Come to think of it though, I guess you might as well apreciate YOURSELF since this is a "self-appreciation" thread.

Back in the day, "self appreciation" was a euphemism for something totally different.

John, I appreciate the fact that you are impressed. However, I appreciate me being so appreciative of myself that you are impressed.

I was sitting here appreciating the effort I have gone to in all the FFA's I have done in the Sierra Nevada. I just thought I would remind all of you how I appreciate myself.

While I appreciate so much about myself, you folks are off the "beaten" path with that one.

I didn't think about it that way Anna, I guess everyone deserves to appreciate themselves.

That's a myth. Must be. Just sayin'.

Just appreciating myself tonight for all that I offer to the climbing world and society in general.

I appreciate the fact that I didn't kill myself when I wrecked my car that I just bought last week. I was bummed that it was snowing and really wanted to climb so I decided to drive down to Denver to climb some plastic. Then my car would not turn left on the tight corner of windy point on highway 285, I was headed straight for the cliff. I'm lucky that I nailed a sign and that helped me get more in line with the guard rail. A cop came and when he went back into his vehicle to call a tow truck another car hit his SUV and injured the cop. Needless to say I was not able to get to the climbing gym to clear my mind of all the crazy shit going on in my life. Maybe tomorrow, I still have my truck which is what I should have been driving anyway in those conditions. Oh well, it is just a car and I'm ok and my kids still have a daddy.

Geez Christopher! I am glad you are okay. I might just appreciate you except for this thread is about appreciating ones self.

(I started this thread because the "So and so appreciation threads" are prevalent but there is never one for me so I had to start one for myself.) :)
