I am voting for later April too. I think we will have weather in AZ for a bit longer. It is that kind of winter. Then you have to kayak on the sping runoff. SALT and VERDE

It'll be the 9th-11th. Apologies for the lack of communication everyone. Due to some rather unsavory series' of events in my life over the last few months I've had to push this off until the last minute. If anyone is able to provide help in the form of food, stoves, activity planning, i am all ears and more than willing to accept all the assistance i can get. Many thanks, Daryl

Can anyone jump in on this? I'd be happy to help out, Daryl. Just let me know what you need.

BEANFESSSTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOHHHHHOOOOOOOOOO. I went to my first beanfest in the fall so I'm more than willing to bring some food, preferably food that doesn't involve any preparation. Not that I'm lazy just incompetent when it comes to cooking. I can bring a lot of chips or salsa or something. Let me know.

Thanks everyone for their support through all this. Okay, this may push things over the line for some folks and there's a good fighting chance i'll get drawn and quartered for this but i have to change the date (yet again): April 23-25th This gives me a couple more weekends to get things organized, shirts ordered, etc. Also, based on all the emails and posts i'm getting, it seems that this weekend works best for so many that have offered large amounts of help which i will most certainly need. Again, sorry for the hassle and date changes but life is life and i have to roll with it the best i can. Hope to see you all there!!!

LOL K so we are now on for the 23rd-25th. Is this a certain thing and we can start making plans or should we wait for another week or so.

TDog: Bite me. Nothing positive to contribute? Yaaaaaaay Beanfest! I'll get the post up on the Meetups. I can also coordinate the food, if y'all want to let me know what you can bring. Can anyone start talking to Nimbus about a keg or two? How about Summit Hut and Rocks & Ropes about donations? Daryl: Are you designing the shirt, or do you need a volunteer? What else do you need? If you'll hit me with a list, I'll get to work. Yaaaaaay Beanfest!

Could we also bring kids and adults alike to through/push giant rocks off of cliffs??? Maybe we could even throw things like bottles off the the top of sweet rock while people are climbing? Or was that party only just this weekend?
