The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
From the sundeck above Bush Driver step all the way to the left and enter the chimney above the bombay chasm. Climb the chimney to a crack to the top, build your own anchor.
If you're careful, you can combine Bush Driver and this route without intolerable rope drag with a 60m rope.
