Description Suggest change

A 30-m high face at the north end of the escarpment. These are the first climbs you come to.

NOTE: Some of the chain anchors originally installed here were stolen in 2003. Many of these routes now have Metolius rap hangers for anchors, which need to be threaded for lowering and toproping.

Getting There Suggest change

Walk a short distance up the trail after turning the corner at the north end of the escarpment. Below the middle of the first face, look for a small trail that angles steeply up to the left, then turns right after a short distance and follows the base of the cliff. See Lower Old Red Rock BETA PHOTO for access and route locations.
