Looking for sunny top-rope or easy leads for warmer winter days (upper 30's to 40's) in CT or the Gunks (or Western MA?). Any suggestions?

Mormon Hollow and Farley in Western Massachusetts. East Peak, Meriden, Connecticut.

I second East Peak in Meriden. I climbed there yesterday. The morning temp was 12 with a high of 28. It was sunny and warm. I climbed in a light weight fleece. Rock was warm to the touch. The cliff faces southeast and the dark rock absorbs the sun. Either that or there is some magical weather vortex that surronds the area.

In the Gunks, tackle something Near Black Fly, or if you want to lead, on the Nears. Disneyland generally is quite cold down low but once above the treetops, that rock warms well in the sunlight.
Of course, if it's a cloudy day, forget it.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
