Awesome picture!!! That crimper is the very one that led to my only finger tendon injury, I believe, but it probably happened because I had trouble sticking it and tried a bunch of times in a row to throw to it, hit it, and fall off it. D'oh.
Yeah, the bouldery nature of the route means that it is pretty easy to get to the move. Then you try it over and over again to wire it like you would a boulder problem, gotta be careful with repetitive high intensity movement. Hope everything has or does heal up.
