Yah, so got a little minor frostbite to the face the other day out in the Alpine.... just a few small cetimeter-ish areas that are kinda red and raw and look worse than they are.... the shameless narcissist in me is more concerned with how my face looks I guess hah.... anyways any suggestions as to how this can heal better/faster? My guess is a little aloe/neosporin and some time? sure many of y'all have been in a similar situation, so any advice appreciated.
best,
Phil.

Anti-Inflammatories and protection when you go outside. This was the first and (hopefully) the last time this will happen to me... My hat blew off in the wind and all I had was a headband. It took two weeks to get rid of and now that ear gets cold very easily. Good luck with your recovery-its understandable to feel awkward.

Frostbite-The first and last time.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
