For what?

I used Hand and Orthopedic (there's one downtown and one in Murray) for back (L5/S1 discectomy, L4/L5 grade 3 herniation) and knee (ACL repair, hamstring graft). There's a back guy in Murray that my wife thinks is the cat's pajamas.

If it's more of a chronic thing, also look into bodywork by Emma Maaranen or Ryan Higginson

Definitely check out Emma, although the "massage" you get is pretty painful.

Hand and Ortho for your hand.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
