Access Issue: Reopened after flood damage! Details

Per Stewart M. Green: as of the July Fourth weekend, Red Rock Canyon Open Space has been reopened for climbing.

Red Rock Canyon Open Space is currently CLOSED to all access due to flood damage.

Access Issue: 1 route is closed Details

The routes on The Ripple Wall were closed due to rockfall from above.

June 25, 2019: per Stewart M. Green: the only route that is closed on the wall is Storm Surge, which is closed indefinitely due to continued rockfall.

Description

This is a fun little route; a straight up start and straight line through the route will earn the 5.9- grade, although it is easier to cheat around to either side. The early crux comes right after the second bolt, and after the third is an easy run out to the anchors.
