Look at Chris all ripped and sinew-ed like a yogi. I heard he was on a strict diet of kale, quinoa and wheat grass.

Nice. I noticed you had some ticks for routes that I climb outside of Seattle where I live now, but I pretty much learned to climb in Smuggler's Notch back in the mid 90's. We bouldered hard, did trad and aid routes on the notch crags, back in the days before peregrine falcon concerns came to the forefront.

Yes, my wife and I lived in Tacoma for a while about 6 years ago while on a West Coast travel nurse stint she was doing. Index was our go to, and the World Wall @ Little Si was a close 2nd. Man, I miss those crags!
