The second bolt on Against Nature (pictured here) is an easy one to clip because there are no obstructions below the bolt and the bolt's hanger sticks out at a slight angle.
Clipping the second bolt on Moat Jump is more difficult because it's pretty high and there is a block below the bolt.

6.) Navigate the carabiner's nose into the hanger. Once on target, give a sharp pull or two on the climbing rope to snap the carabiner into place and pop the rock out.
