The next MP.com and Boulder climbers Beer& Burger Night is Tuesday 4/7, at 6:30PM.

Due to the size of the event, we'll continue to have it UPSTAIRS at the Dark Horse, as nowhere else can seat 40 of us together, and they've been good to us. 40 has been the average turn-out lately.

For locationand menu:
darkhorsebar.com/

Last time several people brought and swapped gear last time & are free to do it again. I'll have some climbign shoes for sale with proceeds to go to the Access Fund.

I'll show with the discount certs again- makes Microbrews $10/pitcher.
New Belgum 1554, 90 Schilling, Fat Tire, etc... Standard Domestic beers are cheaper, but who'd drink them?

Happy hour is until 8PM- $4 appatizers. It's burger Madness all night, which means a solid burger and a basket of fries is $4.59

Why is a certain Littletonian so chair-challenged? :)

The room was upside down.

Isn't it Littletonite?

LOL. Then you'll have to share the secrets of levitation...oh,and it's cheating if you do it on a climb!

BTW, I think I can make this one. It will be good to see folks again.

Well, I don't want to hear about your problems and how mine is is none of your business.

New Belgium and Odell are domestic beers.

As always PR, nice to hear from you.
Some people and some businesses separate "Imports", "Micros" & "Domestics."
But very well then, to be more specific, Bud, Miller, and Coors are cheaper.
If you would like further distinctions, you are free at any time you like to walk down to your corner bar and discuss your philosophy with a bartender.

Wow, what a coincidence.... I will be passing through Boulder so I will definitely stop by.

Incidentally, anyone up for some mid-week climbing 4/6 to 4/9 in the Boulder area? Mostly looking to do trad but I am like to climb anything! I can return the favor some day in Yosemite or host you to a few nights in SF!

Sod all, I'm out of town that whole week, in Lubbock, TX, for work.

Y'all drink a couple beers for me.

Thanks for organizing, Tony. I and my friend Wendy might stop by. My guess is that some CHAOS folks might come too if you email the list.

On a related note, is anyone interested in a pair of Petzl Ascension Ascenders? (see rei.com/product/626625 ) I haven't used them for years, and would probably part with the pair for $50.

If anyone wants them, let me know and I'll bring them.

Thanks,
Dan

Tony Bubb wrote:Dan, only 1/2 of all people there will read the message- most have it on the calander already. Just bring them in. YOu wouldn't believe the # of pins people picked up from me last itme, so I know that there are wall climbers in there.
Cool... will do.

For those interested, I'll have a copy of Jason Haas' Flatirons book there for people to check out, but it's published through Sharp End, not through any of my pals... so there will be no copies for sale.

You know I'm in, just like always...
