Incredible work. Not sure if it was intentional, but the shadow of the camera in the lower left adds to the quality of the shot.

Kris, thanks for posting such great shots on MP. Some friends were headed to Necedah this past weekend and I joined them. Found this delicious pic before we left and told the group I was going to try this climb, which is far harder than any trad lead I've ever tried. I got through it, with several takes, and look forward to getting back for a clean attempt. Point is, your photos are inspiring. Keep on posting.

Hey Sean, 'inspiring' is the best compliment one could ever wish for their climbing pics. Thanks, man! Good luck on the 'Y-crack'. And try 'Straight no Chaser' to the right. Not as hard as it looks!

took this from the top of the tower, right? lord, i wish one could easily get this perspective on any rope climb. from rigging ropes to using telescoping poles, it's such a B to get out from the wall.

Took it from the tower. Luckily it is there. Perfect set up for Y-crack or Rebel Yell. Not as good for Whiskey. Whiskey is difficult to take a cool photo of.

Some people use stilts to get away from the wall. I could never figure that out though. And, if you use wide angle, it must be impossible to not have the stilts within a frame.

Thanks for your comments, guys!
