Paradise lost?
I rip my achilles and my favorite gym goes under... I'm healed now but where do I train? Any suggestions other than RNJ? |
eh. just build a home gym or find someone else who has one. |
They posted a little over a week a go but I haven't heard anything. I am not a gym climber but they were supposed to be locating somewhere near my house so I was pretty excited. I hope they pull through. |
Where about's are they planning on relocating too? |
I am simply rumor mongering but I heard last year that it was going to be somewhere North of Coor's field. Can anyone confirm or deny? For some reason it has been a big secret. |
I heard the mtn parks took it over and tried to fine everyone involved. |

Climbing indoors sucks. Why would you care if they close? |

Joni Renee wrote:Climbing indoors sucks. Why would you care if they close? Climb outside. It's been in the 60's all week? What's the problem???The problem, Joni, is that Paradise was run by great people and had a wonderful community feel. And...Newsflash: its not 60 everyday in the winter. Get a clue. |

I don't live in Denver, but I always heard Rock N'Jam is a great place. |
Yeah yeah, I know climbing indoors sucks. Unfortunately I hold the weekend warrior status and I need a rock gym at night. |

Ahhhh, Paradise... For those of you interested in bringing back this venerable Denver institution, you can join the newly created "Bring Back Paradise Gym" Facebook thread: |

I overheard someone at R&J last night saying that Paradise was open at a new location. He said he didn't know where, but they sent email out to previous members. I didn't see any update on my searches. Has anybody heard anything? |
