Description
Crux would be at the beginning with short vertical section. Solid ice from Lake Superior up the gully until you get to the forest above.
Location
This route is visible from Hwy 61. It is on the south side of Palisade Head. It flows from a shaded gully about 40 feet up from Lake Superior. It is approachable from the top or across the ice if the lake is frozen. Please ask for access from the church (the route is on their property, it is NOT owned by the State Park), also please obtain permission to approach from the beach. Landowners are very friendly, but please ask to maintain a good relationship.
